Going to do some smoked pork belly burnt ends this weekend, finishing them in a pan with BBQ sauce {Jeff's), butter and honey, going to do jalapeno ABT's for appetizer but looking for suggestions as what to serve with the burnt ends..

Coleslaw is a traditional side with barbecued pork, or served on a PP sandwich and if it's a little on the tart side it will cut through the flavors of the burnt ends. A German potato salad is good, or about any pasta salad. I like to have a picked veggie tray on the side too.
