App and game night

We're hosting another appetizer and game night. We've found appetizer dinner is a better route on game night.

Everyone can graze and play the games. Easier than eating a big meal then trying to play games!

I'm making ABT's, Moinks and Pork shots.

Lots of other great food coming too.

Hunk of cheese, wrapped in ground sausage, wrapped in bacon. Smoked then dipped in BBQ sauce and caramelized.

How's that sound???? Are ya drooling???

No more gadgets for me! We do tater skins all the time in the cast iron. My favorite is pulled pork ones!

Here's where I am right now. Temp drop was when I put the Moinks and shots on. In another 30 I'll check the Moinks and see where we are for IT.

ABT's are going on the grill, as the wife requested that they not be smoked. Happy wife happy life!

Thinking and pulling the :781: are problems for me,so we will see if said air fryer ever happens. I just really like the idea of not having to deal with the leftover oil. I have wanted to move up in size with my WSM and even after a great Christmas bonus and unused vacation and sick pay I still can't talk myself into pulling that trigger. I'm wanting to use my Cajun bandit rotisserie setup on it. I like pp ones but prefer just the classics!

Out here we bake all our tater skins. Use Mr T's crispy skin baked tater method to get the skins.

Mmmmm Mmmmm yep that looks like it was good.... Can't imagine why there would be no leftovers..... Point for sure
