Good day all. I am finally back in the game. So happy to be able to post this. Made some smashburgers and hash browns on my Blackstone griddle for dinner last night. They were awesome!!! :emoji_yum: :emoji_yum: I used a new product for cooking them. Whirl cooking oil. It gave the hash browns a fantastic flavor and really worked great on the hot griddle. I would recommend giving it a try if you can. I had to get mine off of Amazon as no store around here carries it. Will definitely buy this product again. Thanks for reading and thanks to this group for keeping my spirits up and getting my zeal back for outdoor cooking. You guys and gals rock!!! :emoji_guitar:

Great looking meal JC! Hard to beat smashburgers and hash browns! We've used that Swirl butter flavored oil and love it!

Great comfort food Jeff.

Never heard of Whirl, but my wife used to buy LouAna buttered flavored popcorn oil. Never occurred to me to try it on hashers.

JC :emoji_cat: Those smashburgers look fantastic, especially paired with the crispy browns—simple food done right always wins. I’ve been experimenting with my own backyard grill setups lately, and it’s surprising how much small tweaks in heat control can change the flavor. Speaking of downtime hobbies, I also stumbled on something completely different that keeps me entertained between cooks: http://voxcasino-poland.pl — fun way to kill some time when I’m not at the smoker. But nothing beats the satisfaction of food off the grill, especially when the crust on those burgers turns out just right. Looking forward to seeing more of your cooks!
Great.
