About me: architect, gardener, humorist, blogger on other's blogs. About smoking: i smoke with 2 smokers - CharBroil and Brinkman. Of these prefer CharBroil with separate base for charcoal burning. Upon whitehot coals shroud placed above and locked in. Drop in bowl, fill with water, insert grate(s), meat (turkey, ribs, beef, etc), cover with lid with temperature gauge. Wait patiently. Then enjoy best meat ever!
