My daughters 28th B Day yesterday so i asked what she would like for dinner. Surprise me she said...HA OK

So i got my MC PR36 uncovered and chimney started some kingsford with a pan of American hickory pellets.

Marinated steaks, grass spears...HA, and some pineapple.

Let the PR36 do its thing.

Steak, grass spears, smashed taters and pineapple.

I'd love to know how you people make your gravy.  Mine never turns out like what I see on this site!!!

Grass spears, I love it.  Love the vegetable (raw over cooked) but love the name even better.
