Life is kinda busy, but here are a couple of stoner cooks from the last few days.
First is a rice/onion/pepper/colby/sirloin steak combo with a white queso sauce to help hold the doubles together. Did a 3 hour "marinade" to help make the sirloin edible. This was for my oldest boy's birthday.
Second cook was just venison strips, munster cheese/onions/sweet peppers and garlic parm sauce.
Neither sucked!
