Well after seeing Jeff’s post about the chips and some one else mentioning it I thought what the heck!! I mixed up a batch of Cajun seasoning that I use all the time, love it on fish.
I also used Weber garlic jalapeño.
So I split a bag of lays party size classic chip into my custom made potato chip pans
I sprayed with Pam added seasoning, stirred repeated 2 more times. For each tray
Started the amaze tray with Lumber Jack Grilling Pellets competition blend, turned the mes 40 on to 200 just to remove moisture from smoker, let run approximately 1 beer. Shut off smoker heat. Open door let some heat out, placed chips in for 45 minutes. Removed and bagged this party size fits nicely into two 1 gallon ziplocks.. these things are very good.definitely would do again thx for looking, Tim
