No way to list. I'm into good food made by me at home.
My cooking is varied but I most love ethnic foods from around the globe. Right now I'm getting my feet wet in Indian food. It's such a big country the food varies so much by region and it's very complex in terms of regional differences. Next week, who knows, I'll do something Japanese, Vietnamese or Thai then Middle Eastern or Mexican, just depends on the mood. My wife says "you'll never know what he's going to cook next".
Me and my wife have conceaded to the fat kid life style. Heck we travel to eat now days. But you want me to list some of the things we/I like to eat: well here The food we all make here Smoked Anything Crawfish Oysters Heck all seafood Grilled 2" rib eye Real Mexican food (Like Rick Bayles makes) Mushroom fried, stuffed, or saute'd Sausage almost all kinds Mostly the stuff I'm making now Some good picked off the plant white corn All cajun foods Real jewish water drip bagels and bukas And there are many other things too.
toss a green chili on that burger and i could live off that list!

Beef Bourguignon Fondue in a mayo, Worcestershire, garlic salt sauce. Deadly but the best.
Anything Thai.
Sushi.
Any of the Indian food the doctor's wife that my wife works for makes.
Wild game - pick one.
Crappie fillets.
Walleye fillets.
Fried Morel mushrooms.
My chili, more soupy than Texas red with better compliments.
Crawfish boil done right.
My roasted asparagus, or anything else I grow for that matter. Honorable mention to home grown tomatoes.
