Todays Smoke !!! Butt,ABTs and Spam!! With Q-View!! Final pics!

Fired off the WSM with R.O. red bag with hickory chunks at 6 am. 

Holding 235.

Got it filled and ready last nite.

6 pound butt covered with SPOG.

ABTs smoked cheddar my mild Italian sausage and bacon.

Spam covered with store bought beef rub,cayenne and old bay.

Pictures start with the  foiling at 165.

More as the day progresses!!

Great start, can't wait to see the finished product. I never liked SPAM, maybe because when I was a kid I had to eat it all of the time but I kind of want to try it smoked. I keep hearing people say its really good. I'll wait to see it finished before I go out and try it.
