Todays smoke!!!! ABTs and CSRs!!!

WSM at 280 with local pecan...

ABTs have my bacon and cheddar cheese and sprinkled with slap yer mama hot version...

CSRs have SPOG.

Got the holed trays at the Dollar store..2 for a buck!!

At 280 it cooked real fast and crispy..

Yummie!!!
