Thanks Joe..the garlic has been in the freezer for a while so it loses some of the pizazz...smells great from the smoker tho...

Kielbasa looks great Craig,,,,, Scramble some eggs, fry up some sliced kielbasa and fry up some potato latkes....... A breakfast for kings........

Latkes
  • 5 medium potatoes peeled
  • 1 large white onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt to taste
First fry the sausage and remove from pan, second cook eggs in the fat, potatoes last. This way none of the pork fat is wasted.
