It was Meat weekend, Pork Butt, Ribeye, London Broil, with sides- Bacon wrapped baked tator- my first ever attempt at baking bread so i kept it simple with a jiffy mix,turned out good in a cast iron skillet- my first ever attempt at baked beans with a Chorizo BBQ Baked Bean wow these are a hit with everyone, very good.some Veggie Kabobs, corn on the cob and a few beers.. im starting to revisit open flame cooking again, thats where i started.. me and dad used to make some pretty mean soups over open flame..So i went and purchased a 21 quart dutch oven with a frying basket.. good times.

Looks very nice. I like the bean idea. We did kabobs with vegetables and I realized I didn't have anything to spread on them, so I dabbed on some Caesar dressing. That turned out really well!
