Did these for the holiday and they turned out fantastic! Didn't skin them a/c mixed company at the party, inlaws like it left on, but the flavor of the pitmaster blend was stupendous! This was a hot smoke, as shown in the pics, and the mailbox worked perfectly! I'd love to build my own enclosure, just a lot shorter, but no metalworking skills. But, if it ain't broke, don't go fixing it I guess!
