BEAT ME! I was looking to see what smoked groundhog looked like! LOL

Thanks Sam for the comment

Ha Ha , like I mentioned to GatorAGR GatorAGR , that is what I was hoping for . So I pulled a couple folks in with the title.

Our ground hog here in Nova Scotia seen his shadow yesterday so that means 6 more weeks of winter. Little Bast***. So I would have no problem throwing him on a bunch of hot coals right now.

THat looks great bud . You guys get some nice pork cuts up there .
I agree on the colour ( lol ) . Beautifull !

Thanks Rich for the like and the comment

Yes it was a good flavoUrful and coloUrful.... you noticed the " U " I see, lol

Yes , the pork is most times good cuts , but I should start doing what you do and break down larger pieces of meat as they cut pork steak and chops too thin for most of the things I want to do. That way I can do stuffed chops etc.

Wasn't planning on finding out if my keyboard was waterproof, but I'm getting so hungry looking at these pics...

French Onion Potatoes are gonna be a priority on things for me to try now!

DRKsmoking DRKsmoking , any way you could post or even just send me the recipe for those potatoes? My wife would go absolutely insane with two of her faves. Tater and french onion. I could be a hero... until I give you the credit that is due to you!

Hi Tom, not a problem at all. I can post it here or send it to you. What ever you want.

Do you guys already have a good French Onion soup that you really enjoy, as it would be good to use your soup profile with the directions I will give you. Or I can send the whole process.
Just saying as there are many versions of soups, so if yours is to your liking I would do that process and then the potato way.

Sorry if I am over thinking this , I will just post the whole thing , and you can us it or add your start of the soup to the potato process.

Tom, bigfurmn bigfurmn Here is the way I did my potatoes with the French Onion soup, I started to write it out for you but I was told by my lovely wife that no one but you ( me ) will be able to read that.
So I typed it out and printed it off for you, don't know why there are lines , I guess I did not set up the page right lol

So here it is , any questions at all , please feel free to give me a shout . I will get back to you.
