I happened to notice some NM chiles on the table, and I just knew it was time for green chile and cheese tamales. This is the first batch, so there are five zip lock bags with 12 pods in each bag. Now... if Gloria can find the cheese and masa in the pile of groceries she just brought into the house.

If I'm lucky, I'll get some pics of the tamales.

Oh man.... your killing me Rich! Those are the absolute best tamales in the world! I used to buy a dozen every week, and they were gone by Wed. LOL

I bet the get togethers are a lot shorter than the ones with the Spumante girls LOL. Kathy went to a friend of ours tamale party and they told her the family trashin was done when the Spumonte was gone.

I must ask; What is the big deal about Hatch Chili's?

I never see them in my area, so my curiosity is piqued!! I know nothing about them, except that many members of this forum go nuts when they're available.
