I have to share my excitement with you guys...
Finally I found butcher who will supply me with pig heads and some fresh blood so I can finally make smoked bloodwursts... And as a bonus he will cut all good stuff like cheeks and neck part for me so I don't have to boil whole head... That means meat from 3 to 4 heads boiling in one...
In return I promised I'll supply him with 1 bottle of home made rocket fuel pear moonshine..
I'll post whole recipe...
