Sautéed the onions and red bell peppers before mixing it into the batch. Had issues keeping the weber temp down in the mid 200's but somehow survived. Used Pecan chunks. Smoked it for 2.5 hours. Brushed SeenRed's glaze on and then back into the weber for another 45 minutes.
A little garlic mash potatoes, and fresh green beans topped with some gravy. Belch!! Going to freeze the other loaf for a future meal.
