i showed pics to wife and she's all in..
i just bought a case of whole chuck rolls, 4 pcs 67 pounds and good price at $3.54 a pound.... now i have to cut the end ribye pc off each n couple denver steaks one roast and rest is burger. i store em in my shop fridge at 30 degrees and perfect slight frooze all way thru and ready to cut. i'll post a pic when i do it
