Nice! What did you end up cooking?

Nothing elaborate.
Local store had spare ribs on sale and I made a pan of mac-n-cheese to flavorize the last hour

I'll have to say it all looks great, but the one that really hit me in the stomach was the country fried steak & pepper gravy with the mashed potatoes. I absolutely love that....

Looks fantastic man! Another one of my favorite meals is rib and mac/cheese. Throw in some home cut fries and I am good to go!

Ah man probably my favorite. Simple too. Wife hates it when I fry stuff but told her she could get over it for this one!
