Wow they all look great ! But especially love the shot on the turkey !

Thank ya! Used a salt free garlic and herb rub and smoked around 300 using hickory

Holy cow what an amazing array of food. Every single thing looks like it was perfect. I gotta say though, the color/skin/bark on that turkey took my breath away. That is just gorgeous. You and the fam sure been eatin' good in the neighborhood buddy.

I have a corned beef I am going to try this coming weekend along with a leg of lamb for Greek easter. The wife is GReek.

Low and slow then I will crank it up at the end to crisp up the amazing butter based Rub my wife makes for it.
