Made a road trip towards Dallas. Man I got a problem. Have enough food to feed an army and still by more. Really just wanted tortilla's and Red Fish. Those Cuban and Cheeseburger sausages are the bomb! 15 limes for $0.99 not bad. Now I have to fillet that fish. They used to do it for you but guess that another thing the virus killed.

Looks like a good haul! Sometimes you gotta search for the things to make the things!

It amazes me how I can go into the store for 2 things and come out with a basket full. Those cheeseburger sausages intrigue me. Look forward to more info on those.

Well I ended up butchering that fish. Been to long. Did get one decent fillet. Really got to stop listening to those guys at Total Wine. Last time suggested a bottle of Tequila that I was not a fan of and just tried that whiskey. Not that great. Our local Distillery, Ironroot Republic makes incredible whiskey but since they been winning major awards it has become hard to get. I stopped by few weeks ago looking for something for my birthday. They where bottling and I said cool looks like we gonna have something. Then they said all this going to the Navy. Been trying to find something cheaper I like but that search is about to end.

We have a butcher called Hirsh's in Plano Tx. They make very good fresh sausages. The Cuban and Cheeseburger are my favorite's. They also have the best Kielbasa. Just like everything since the virus prices have gone up.

Nice trip. Love the Mexican limes. Definitely post the cheeseburger sausages when you cook'em.

Nice!!!
Hirsch's has this one sausage that is like a taco sausage or something that is awesome too!! Maybe it's their "Texan" sausage or something like that. I get my trimmed pork backfat from them when I do my wild game sausage :)
