It's even harder when you rotisserie them. These I spun over a oak and cherry split fire, Definitely couldn't ask for better skin and juiciness!
If you've used a flat rotisserie basket then you know what a pain the spit rod going down the length of the basket is...interferes with the food, placement of the food and the lid squeezing on the food. I got that problem solved by using the Octoforks (1/2 pair) to just hold the basket and spun the food vertically.
