Hot Roast Beef & Gravy Sammy (Chucky)
So Mrs Bear won this round, and this Chucky Meal got made in the Crock Pot (No Smoke).
I’ve loved these Sammies all of my life, and up until Bear Jr was 16 years old, it was the only thing he ever ordered at Restaurants.
Mrs Bear picked up 5 Chuckies at the store last Friday on sale @ $2.99.
4 of the Chuckies are for Diesel (Bear Jr’s Chocolate Lab), and I got to take my pick which one I wanted for us.
Bear Jr makes Diesel’s Chuckies in his Crock Pot too, and always gives him some heated up with his Dog Food. (Yes—He’s Spoiled)
So into the Pot goes our Chuck Roast, some Taters & Carrots, along with a can of Gravy, some CBP, and some Parsley Flakes.
Ran Crock Pot on High for 4 hours, then Low for 2 hours.
Once everything was done, I checked the temp of the Chucky, and I got 209°. It wasn’t mushy, but it pulled very nice.
Everything I did after that is below, in the Pictures & the Captions above each Picture.
Thanks For Stopping By,
Bear
