I would love this over a plate of rice
Sounds good, yep, I could do that too.

Hold the taters and maybe substitute a veggie or two.
A mess of pearl onions instead of sweet or yellow.
Add bell peppers or mushrooms instead of taters.

Yes, that's it.
Next time served over rice, and the veggies will be pearl onions, celery and bell peppers.
And the red wine will be a must in the gravy.

GRAVY!
Gravy is a huge thing amongst a significant portion of the membership here.

I admit to drinking a small coffee cup of the gravy like most would broth. :emoji_yum:

I could list the many folks here that love their gravy, but I have to go to work at some point today. LOL :emoji_yum: :emoji_yum:

Either with a straw or right out of the fountain, always a choice.

Looked great as is but that would make a good meal too. We often do potatoes with our pot roast but the pear onions, I never thought of that. That will be my next veg with my roast.
