A little tribute to the late

. Picked up an arm roast at HEB on sale. I followed bears step by step that he did on a chucky a while back. I smoked mine on a pellet grill. I also seasoned mine the day of. Didn’t have thick W sauce so I used regular. This stuff came out great!

Chuckie (Step by Step) with Qview
This turned out to be my best Chuckie yet, so I figured I'd do some "Splainin'" Got a 3 pound, 6 ounce Chuck Roast. Coated it with "Thick" Wooshy Sauce, then rubbed it good with McCormicks BBQ Rub (wife doesn't like it too spicy). Wrapped it in plastic wrap & into the fridge over night. 6:45...
