Very cool, I'll be the first to admit that fancy food plating drives me insane. Just plop it on the plate and hand it to me, and I'm happy if it tastes great. I've never understood the whole you eat with your eye's first...nope not me. LMAO!!!

That being said I hope you do great in the contest.

I'm not real good with plating, but I can put meat, mashed taters and smother it all with gravy... and if having corn also mix it in with the taters and gravy. Doesn't look pretty but sure tastes good! With that being said, jcam, you still put out some amazing looking plates of food!
