Wasn't planning on smoking anything today. Took a butt out of the freezer for this weekend, but nothin else was thawed out except these. Johnsonville sausage and cheddar cheese. Wanted to try out the gosm that I picked up this morn. It works great! Anyway here they are, smoked at 226 for about 45 min. with a little hickory.

gas........lectric.........*sigh*

lolol........but WHERES THE TBS?.........llololol......just busting mark........looks good

It may be wimpy to some, but I know I did a lot of brats on the cgsp to figure out its preformance. Hope yours was good.

Thought we went through the gas-lectric thing allready. The TBS ? It was there, the camera wasn't.

Thanks Tip

A Hawk-Clone B-Ball Gathering? Get everybody involved maybe?

I love smoking cheese brats, but usually get quite a smoke ring.

Drop a chunk of charcoal in your chip box next time.

That's what I always did with the electric. This was a spur of the moment thing and had just locked the garage and didn't feel like going back in the house to get the keys so I could grab some lump. Lazy today I guess.

Thanks krusher. I think I'm gonna love it too.

Johnsonville is an amazing thing..I have never seen a "cheese brat"
It almost scares me...but then your pix..look so yummy.....YIKES gotta try me some of that!
