Contrary to BBQBubba's theory that I'm just sittin' here talkin' to myself, here's what I had on at 7AM this morning AFTER grinding up venison and pork for sausahe, and jerky'ing 5 labs of venison



Rubbed with a bacon fat, rosemary, CBP, and white wine emulsion.
 
I don't know bubba's probally right. what's sausahe anyway?
