Yet Another Noob

Got a MES 30" for Christmas and a friend of mine immediately directed me here. I had been trying to smoke a bit on my CharBroil TRU-Infrared grill by putting pellets in the trays with moderate success - just couldn't keep the heat down. I enjoy good Q, sausages, cheese, fish, beer, etc. My buddy also told me to pick up a AMNPS and it should arrive Monday. I look forward to learning a lot about how to make good use of an exciting present.

Welcome to the group Jason!  Congrats on that new MES!  You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc.  There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
