Freezer weight Ziplock brand bags can be used as boilin' bags too.  Can't speak to other weights or brands though.

We portion, vacuum seal and freeze many foods.  We've learned to simmer things to prevent driving moisture from the product as can happen when boiling.  For most things if you use a fairly large pot in relation to the bag of food you all you need do is bring the temperature to 160 or so and turn off the heat until the food is ready to eat.  No need to defrost first and easy clean up.
