Stuffed bells with fresh bolognese sauce.
Meat sauce and bells had the same grind, 50% tri-tip, 30% pork country ribs, 20% sirloin. Sauce made earlier this week for a lasagna, leftover sauce gets better with time anyway. I'll add a bonus shot of the lasagna.

Bells cut in half and stuffed with the fresh grind. Topped with the bolognese sauce and topped with mozzarella and asiago.

Now THAT is a Stuffed Pepper I would eat! I love Stuffed Cabbage but Mom would put the same Ground Beef and Rice mix in Green Peppers. I Hated them!
Really nice job. I too make enough Sauce for more than one meal. The second meal is always better, even if simple...JJ

Stuffed peppers & lasagna are 2 of my favorite meals.
