Some Sticks Over The Past Couple Years

Thought i would share some of my stick (slim jims) making over the past year and half. Some done in my smokehouse, Bradley, MAK and an old wood smoker a friend gave me that said it didnt work very good.

Well i liked doing the Elk. Seemed to work easier than the beef.

I have had allot of fun and good times living here in North East PA and will miss my friends whom i have met from the forums in person and my neighbors Todd & Sara.
