Small bacon wrapped butt

Found a misfit butt hiding in the back of the display. 5# wrapped with sugar maple smoked bacon , smoked w / sugar maple - 7hrs-mopped w/cider vinager chili rub brew. Ran 220*-230* with weld blanket ( 30*). Stubbs and homemade S/M lump. Will use for beans and pulled pork nachos tomorrow. Beans start tommorrow around 7am. Yeah man.
