My brother-in-law got me started with a smoker this Christmas.  What a hoot!  I've done chicken thighs and today a tri-tip and potatoes.  I have grilled for a long time (propane because I didn't want to mess with charcoal).  Smoking sure is a fun adventure so far.  Nothing much else to say yet.  But I'll be browsing around.  Thanks agian.
