I make pizza every other Saturday.
Made 5 dough balls Wednesday, four went in to freezer.
This in NY style with homemade dough, sauce,
pepperoni, and some Baby Bella 'shrooms.
Last pic was to show how thin the crust is, but it's hard to tell.

That's where I started, pizza stone is the pellet smoker.
Still use them in the kitchen oven for bread and various other things.

Thanks. I get Grande 50/50 Mozz/Prov mix that has a great aroma.
 
Man!! You are the pizza king. Great looking pizza here. I’d be folding that thing like a taco and devouring it.
