Took a road trip the Santa Fe yesterday.
Our local power company (PNM) was having a car show of all electric cars.
We have been planning on getting one, so seemed a opportune time so see several up close and personal.
Had a great Carne Adovada meal while in Santa Fe.
OK, back to pizza.
Haven't posted them in a while since a lot were the same as already posted.
Since I did a pork shoulder a couple days ago, seemed fitting to do a pulled pork pizza.
Thin layer of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, then the cheese (50/50 Grande Mozz and Prov), then the pork, and finish with some green chilies on half for me.
Have the oven pretty hot, took somewhere between 60 & 90 seconds.
