welcome to all!

i have been idlle for quite some time and have now completed the company and home relocation and settled in so we are back and ready to play hard. we are now located in SW Washington.we smoke meat, fish, sausage/salami (home made) cheese and the next path is going to down the path of the fith food group, bacon. do some studying, asking to many questions and then jump in. currently i work with a 100lb smoker and a smoke daddy magnum pig smoke generator.again this is a tremendous group and am proud to be part of it.

Welcome!  Its good to know there are other people in the beautiful PNW that like to wet smoke.  Stay dry and block the wind and it will all work out great. Where about in SWW are you?

Tom, I'm glad to hear from another Oregon Smoker, but you are scaring me; you smoke all the stuff I'm freaked out about like sausage and salami. Here I am with my first meat smoke: BACON! Man 'O Man is it good! Two bellies out tonight, we'll start eatin' on them Sunday breakfast. Yea, bacon IS the fifth food group! Lets have some smokin' fun!

Welcome to the SMF. Glad to have you here. Lots of good folks, great recipes and knowledge. Looking forward to your first qview.
