I love black sea bass and hate when I get a tiny filets out of them, so decided to do them whole. Soooo glad I did. Gutted them and dried them off. Stuffed cavity with lemons, garlic, parsley, bay leaves, and seasoned heavily. Threw em on the silverbac with some hassleback potatoes. Omg they were good.
