So after much reading here and elsewhere, my loving wife purchased me a Smoke Hollow double door 38" propane smoker, so here I am.

Thanks to much reading of valuable info on these forums, I've successfully smoked a few salmon fillets, dry brined for a few hours, rinsed, popped in 190 degree smoker with apple chunks for 2.45 hours and voila, dinner was served. Qview coming soon.

Thanks to all those that helped without even knowing they did :)

Hey Sly - I too reside in VB and as everyone said, many helpful people here. Those salmon look great! I use a little charcoal bullet smoker with great results.

Hint - everyone here LOVES pictures (Q-View), and if you post, pre-warn your Wife 'why' you are taking pictures of food.

Late!
