I just ordered a Prime brisket for $3.98 per pound.
Also 1 Prime bone in short rib plate (dino bones).
And to finish the order off I bought 2 Skinless sashimi grade whole salmon filets.
Gonna make sushi & lox with them.
Everything will be delivered tomorrow.

I agree with both of you, I am looking forward to seeing the quality of the meat. It sure would be a nice way to buy premium beef & pork, and seafood too!
