Thank you all for the warm welcome!
So up to this point I have only been smoking for about 6 months but within those months I have smoked about 5 briskets, 6 butts, 1 picnic shoulder, 2 whole chickens, and a few dozen party wings! Been experimenting with making dry rubs as well. I actually had to stop the past two weeks as the wife said I needed some time off the smoker lol! Also I made my own smoker as I thought the Weber Smokey mountain was a bit too expensive for me. Made a similar style smoker for under $25.
