New old fart form North Texas

Just wanted to reach out and say hi to everyone. Been a long time lurker on the site signed up 3 months ago and decided it was time introduce myself. I live in north Texas in the east Forth Worth area. I have dabbled off and on over the years with smoking nothing real serious couple offsets. pit barrel and recently got me a MES 40 and Auber pdi to go with it. Doing first seasoning today probable do one more maybe two I will have to wait and see how it looks. I retired 6 years ago worked commercial aviation for 35 years as a A&P. Married with grown kids. All the hobbies I enjoy is getting too hard on the old body so I think it time to exit to something different. Look forward to meeting people on the site.
