I needed to make something for supper tonight, so I went hunting in the fridge and freezer and this is what I came up with…

1lb hamburger
Part pack of bacon (about 10 slices)
I 8oz pack of cream cheese
3oz heavy cream
Velveeta cheese
1 medium onion
Half a pack of pepperoni
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Cajun Seasoning
Garlic powder
Worcestershire sauce

Started by frying the bacon over medium heat.

Remove bacon and dump out the grease then put 1 tablespoon of bacon grease back in and fry onions with 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce…

Once onions are fried put them aside with the bacon add another tablespoon of bacon grease and fry the burger…

1/2 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning on the top side of the burger along with 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.

Once brown on the first side 3-4 minutes flip and season with another 1/2 tablespoon of Cajun and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder…

Once browned on second side about 3-4 minutes chop up the burger and add heavy cream and cream cheese…

Chop the cream cheese up and add 6 slices of velveeta cheese

Once all that is melted add the onions and bacon back in…

Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

Then broil at 500* until cheese’s and pepperoni are browned…

Let sit for 15 mins to cool off a bit and serve with corn chips or crackers or anything else you feel like dipping…
