It has been a good while since anything came to rest in the MES.

Too many other things going on with the new house and packing  etc   etc.

I was having a serious smoky goodness jones so I went to publix and bought some very meaty BBs.

Covered them in our normal SPOG and put 2 rows of pecan    burning in the amazen.

Somewhere around 4:30 I will post the wrapping with some apple juice pics.

  Later!!

  Craig

Are you still in Ga. or are you in your new home in Florida?

These are looking and smelling divine.

Added some red potatoes with EVO salt and garlic.

Thanks fellas!!

My-t-fine looking ribs Craig. I do believe you will overwhelm your new neighbors in Fla.

Spuds in the MES also? Do you have to finish them in the hot box in the kitchen?

Dave

Nice Job Craig!!!

Going by what we have on this forum, I think those Floridians might be used to it.

We must have about a thousand of them here, and they all know how to make good stuff!

Now you're adding another one to the bunch!

Great Job Craig!

Makes me hungry!!!

Todd

Those look great man, nice job!

I really like your method for the potatoes, too; nothing like a well-seasoned, crispy skin on a tender red!
