I got hungry just looking at the pic's! I hope "Mr. Smith", wrote the recipe for his rub on the bag it came in, looks like it did a first class job! You also did a super job smoking those ribs and yes, I like beef ribs too, don't get them too often but when I do they are good! Hoping it will warm up a little here in South Western Virginia so I can try out my new MFPS and see how I can do with it! Happy New Year to you and the family!
