Fired up the smoker at 4 this morning, and put my pork on around 4:30. I tryed rubbing it with mustard first, and then applied the rub, wrapped in clear wrap, and let sit in the fridge over night. Its been on about 3 hrs, now i'm spraying every hour with Capt. Morg, and apple juice. Can't wait until this afternoon. I'll post more q-view as the day goes on.
