Chuckie on the WSM on Sunday

    First chuckie going in the WSM! Seasoned with SPOG and a little Jack Stack all purpose rub. Planning on burnt ends with it!

    Looks solid!  I'm sitting here debating what I want to smoke today.  Narrowed it down to chuckies or meatloaf.  If I keep looking at your pic, the chuckies will win the mental tug of war.

    Chuckie on with some brats for snacks! Got some baked beans and potatoes in the oven.

    Okay going to try and make burnt ends so the plan is to rest about 175 then cube and back on anyone try this? I have used the search feature and just to much to read to find my answer. I guess we will know if it works before to long current IT 160*

  16. I prefer the point for burnt ends. But remember their are no bad smokes. Just some are better than others!
