HEY YOU HOT HEADS !!!!!!!!!!!!!  anyone smoking peppers ?

I smoked Anaheim and jalepenos for about I hour, @ 240F

This was on the old bullet brinkman, top shelf.

After an hour, I grilled till blackened

Placed all chilies, in a stock pot, with lid and let em sweat for 30minutes

removed exterior skins, and placed on dehydrator ( the house smells like the pepper festival in NM) hurrayyyy!!!!!!!

In about 4-5 days, I use a coffee grinder, and make a very fine powder

Cant wait to infuse some of this into  the rub

I've got some jalapeños and Serrano peppers ready to grind up. I didn't char the outside and peel skins. Hope I didn't skip an important step!
