Central Minnesota
Greetings

Sending this from Central Minnesota. Now that the worst winter ever is behind us.. it is time for a new adventure! I thought it was time to semi- retire a really old Weber pot.

I received a Master Built electric smoker for a recent birthday. It is seasoned and ready to go! I can't wait to fire it up. The aroma in the neighborhood will never be the same!

As things have been handed down through the years,  you can never leave your BBQ. It is best enjoyed with a lounge chair and a cold beverage. If you don't keep a keen eye on the smoker... it could just walk away on you.

Looking forward to having some fun!

Good evening and hello from East Texas. great site, great information and even better people.

Great to have you join us HemiOne, :welcome1: from North Dakota!
Congrats on the new MES , but don't get rid of your Weber kettle as they are very versatile and great for grilling or indirect cooking also!

Thanks,, I have had the Weber Kettle for 35 years and it's still holding up. It has a few dents and scratches due to some summer storms over the years, but it keeps on cooking!

Where in ND are you located?
