surely a fatty is USUALLY a chub of sausage meat, flattened, filled, rolled and smoked :-)

You don't see too many plain vanilla fatties these days :-)

Absolutely essential for any and all outdoor cooking activities, in the smoker, on the grill, or over the campfire!!!!

Oh yeah, can't forget this essential while running the propane fryer for a fish-fry or a turkey!!!!
